LTCC Materials

We offer a variety of ceramic tapes with different mechanical and electrical properties, in addition to powders for tape casting.
LTCC tapes thicknesses range from 50 µm up to 200 µm.
LTCC is the abbreviation for Low Temperature Cofiring Ceramic.
Glass ceramic flexible tapes are made of glass powder, ceramic powder or mixtures of the two powders, plus binder and plasticizer agents.
Thin glass-ceramic tapes are produced by a procedure known as “tape casting”.
The LTCC-technology is an advanced thick film process using flexible dielectric tapes which are multilayer-fired in one cycle to form rigid ceramic substrates with electronic circuits.
Some of Heratape systems can also be laminated and fired on top of alumina or steel substrates.
